CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel/reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment to avoid the following fees: Last Minute Cancellation Fee: A 40% charge to the card on file* No-Call No-Show Fee: A 75% charge to the card on file* The grace period for lateness is 15 minutes, after which I will assume you are no-showing. If you cancel at the time of your appointment or during the grace period that is considered no-showing. !!! Please let me know if you’re running late !!! *All clients are required to have a card on file through GlossGenius or Square. Unpaid fees/locking your card on file to avoid paying fees will result in being banned from booking. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the policies above.
